PROCUREMENT MANAGER \xe2\x80\x93 RESTAURANTS, DUBAI!
We have been retained by this popular, well established Restaurant Group to help find them a Procurement Manager \xe2\x80\x93 job role will be based in Dubai.
We are looking to speak to individuals who are holding a similar job role in Food & Beverage or Hospitality. Ideal to have Gulf experience and we need a strong negotiator, who is very precise and able to work to deadlines.

- Price control and tracking
- Price comparisons and alternative products
- Contract for key suppliers
- Menu Engineering
- Food cost control and variance analysis monthly and weekly tracking
- Consolidating of product lines
- Complete cataloguing of products
- Alternative suppliers
- Crockery, Cutlery and Consumables sourcing and operational par level requirement filling
- Reviewing ordering and receiving process
- Price negotiating and documentary proof of these negotiation and comparisons of price and quality
- New Product sourcing and obviously getting the best deals
