Procurement Manager
Job Description
Experience: Minimum 8-12 years total, including 2-3 years in a managerial role
Industry: Steel Fabrication (Pressure Vessels / Steel Structures)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, or heavy engineering is essential.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics is a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials such as steel plates, pipes, fittings, valves, welding consumables, etc.
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors and subcontractors.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and planning teams.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
