Key Responsibilities:

Securing new contracts and agreements:

Securing favourable terms and conditions with suppliers to maximize value.

Sourcing and evaluating suppliers:

This involves researching and identifying potential vendors, assessing their capabilities, and negotiating contracts.

Managing supplier relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and favorable terms.

Managing the contracting process:

Overseeing the entire contractingcycle, from requisition to signature, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services:

Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all necessary items.

Managing inventory:

Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management.

Monitoring market trends:

Staying informed about market conditions and supplier capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Risk management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with procurement, such as supply shortages or quality issues.

Ensuring compliance:

Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders:

Working closely with various departments, such as purchasing, concierge, finance to understand their procurement needs and ensure deals closures.

Supervising teams:

Providing leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Understanding the unique needs of a hotel:

This includes specialized items like workforce, services, supplies, and specialized equipment.

Managing procurement for facility activities:

This involves sourcing and procuring everything needed for a hotel, including campaigns, equipment, and operating supplies.

Job Requirements:

10 Years of Hospitality Experience in UAE

Preferably Hospitality Experience in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah Emirates

Preferably Malayalam, or Hindi, Arabic Speaking

Bachelor Degree is Mandatory Master Degree is Preferred Healthcare Background is Preferred

Strong Communication & Presentation Skills are a Must

Background of Businesses Development Management, Strategic Partnership Management are strongly Preferred

Leadership Skills are Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Hotel & Hospitality in UAE: 10 years (Required) Hotel & Hospitality in Dubai & Fujairah: 5 years (Required)
