Position Overview
The Procurement Manager - Facilities Management at DP World Dubai leads strategic sourcing and end-to-end procurement for hard and soft FM categories. This role partners closely with FM Operations and Project teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality sourcing that supports reliable service delivery across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard and soft FM categories including MEP maintenance, HVAC, lifts, building fabric, utilities, cleaning, waste management, and landscaping
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for RFQs and tenders from requisition through delivery, covering documentation, vendor communication, bid evaluation, and recommendations
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements
• Ensure all procured goods and services meet quality standards and ISO compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular performance and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with FM Operations and Project teams to understand requirements, forecast demand, and ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends, perform cost analysis, and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable UAE regulations
• Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and supplier non-conformance promptly
• Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders and supplier data within the system
• Support supplier performance evaluations and onboarding of new vendors, ensuring completion of pre-qualification and compliance checks
• Prepare and present reports on procurement KPIs, savings initiatives, and category performance to management
