Our Client: is a leading UAE-based food manufacturing company specializing in dairy and value-added food products.
Your Role: The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and purchasing for raw materials, dairy ingredients, and packaging materials. The role ensures supply continuity, cost optimization, and supplier performance within a dynamic, high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production and business objectives.
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for dairy ingredients, additives, and packaging.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance on quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Forecast material requirements in coordination with production and planning teams.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Optimize procurement processes to reduce cost and improve lead times.
• Manage imports, customs clearance, and logistics in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure contract compliance.
• Support new product development with sourcing for packaging and ingredients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (Master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of procurement experience in dairy or food manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of dairy ingredients, packaging materials, and international sourcing.
• Experience handling import/export and logistics for perishable goods.
• Excellent negotiation, cost management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools.
