Job Description

Lead and manage all procurement functions in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable UAE laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost optimization while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across all FM operations (hard and soft services). Establish, review, and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) with strong knowledge of reputable local suppliers and service providers in the UAE market (e.g., MEP materials, cleaning consumables, HVAC, and other specialized FM services). Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts and long-term rate agreements with vendors and subcontractors to support operational and project needs. Oversee end-to-end procurement cycles including PR/PO approvals, vendor selection, bid evaluation, commercial analysis, and supplier performance tracking. Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and due diligence processes including legal, financial, and compliance verification. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, QA/HSE, and other relevant teams to ensure procurement transparency, operational efficiency, and data-driven reporting. Monitor and control procurement KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance scores. Support internal and external audits (ISO IMS, Financial audits, etc.) through proper documentation and reporting. Mentor and guide procurement executives to develop category expertise and ensure adherence to company standards.
