Position:
Procurement Manager (Arabic Speaker Preferred):
We are looking for an experienced
Procurement Manager
with a strong background inconstruction and fit-out projects
. The ideal candidate should have anengineering background
and proven expertise in managing procurement operations within the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project specifications. Maintain effective communication with project teams and management for timely material delivery. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost optimization. Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and contract documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
as aProcurement Manager
, preferably inconstruction/fit-out
. Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and procurement regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Arabic speaking candidates
are preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
