We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Fit-Out Procurement Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to fit-out projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, vendor management, and cost control to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to fit-out projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials in line with project schedules. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements. Monitor inventory levels and project budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and UAE regulations. Prepare and maintain procurement reports, contracts, and documentation. Stay updated on market trends and pricing for fit-out materials and finishes.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of proven procurement experience

in the UAE, preferably in

fit-out projects

.

Arabic speaker

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, vendors, and market practices in the UAE. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
