Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Procurement Manager
to join our dynamic team in theswimming pool and landscaping construction
sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, vendor relationships, sourcing of materials, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers/vendors for swimming pool and landscaping projects. Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast procurement needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Optimize cost savings without compromising on quality or compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Procurement Manager in the swimming pool and landscaping construction industry
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers within the UAE market. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office, and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Type: Full-time
