Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our purchasing operations within the parking management industry in the UAE. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement to support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligning with company objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
- Analyze procurement data to improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to enhance their skills and productivity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in the parking management or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends for informed decision making.
- Proficient with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
