PFC is seeking an experienced

Procurement Manager

with a solid background in the

construction industry

to oversee and manage all procurement activities related to our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have

6+ years of experience

in handling sourcing, vendor negotiations, and materials management within a construction or civil engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, and purchase orders. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, delivery timelines, and favorable terms. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain relationships with approved vendors and continuously explore new sourcing options. Monitor material costs and ensure alignment with project budgets. Track procurement performance using ERP systems and generate reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum

6 years of procurement experience

in the

construction industry

(infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects). Strong knowledge of construction materials, local/international sourcing, and logistics. Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and tendering procedures. Certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or PMP (will be a plus).
