We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Procurement Manager

to join our team, specializing in

joinery and interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate should have a

strong network of local and international suppliers

, a deep understanding of the procurement process in the UAE market, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for joinery and fit-out materials and services. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials. Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely procurement to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the finance team to align procurement with project needs. Monitor market trends and conduct regular supplier assessments. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of proven procurement experience in the UAE

, specifically in joinery and interior fit-out sectors.

Strong knowledge of both local and international markets and vendors.

Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Immediate joining Required
