Our client -- a well-established company specializing in dewatering and groundwater control solutions -- is looking to hire a

Procurement Manager

to lead and optimize their sourcing and supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that delivers critical support to large-scale infrastructure, construction, and environmental projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project demands and operational goals Source, vet, and manage supplier relationships. Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and service agreements to drive cost-efficiency Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to forecast procurement needs Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Analyze procurement data, monitor KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (industry experience in dewatering, construction, or heavy civil preferred) Proven negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement contracts Familiarity with technical components used in dewatering systems Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills
