About the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced and highly ethical Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement, with a strong background in the construction and concrete manufacturing sectors, along with solid GCC market experience.

This role requires a professional with a well-established network of suppliers and contractors in the region, and a proven ability to manage procurement operations efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Manage sourcing for construction projects and concrete products. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and contractors. Negotiate contracts and terms that deliver cost savings and ensure quality. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. Collaborate with technical, operational, and finance departments to meet procurement needs. Lead cost-reduction initiatives and streamline the supply chain. Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, legal standards, and ethical practices. Proactively manage risks and develop backup plans for supply chain continuity. Lead and guide the procurement team toward high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or concrete manufacturing. GCC experience is essential; familiarity with the UAE and Dubai markets is a strong advantage. A strong network of reliable suppliers and contractors in the region. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement systems and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and logistics.
