Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and cost management of materials for our real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within a real estate development company and prior experience working with contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement procurement strategies to support real estate development projects. o Collaborate with contractors to determine material requirements and quantities. o Source and purchase construction materials while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. o Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and vendors. o Maintain an in-depth understanding of inventory, materials, and cost control. o Ensure timely delivery of materials to prevent project delays. o Work closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to align procurement with project needs. o Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to optimize procurement processes. o Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.



Requirements

Proven experience in procurement within a real estate development company. o Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and supply sources. o Prior experience working with contractors to understand project material requirements. o Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. o Strong analytical and financial acumen in cost control and budgeting. o Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to a fast-paced environment. o Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
