Job Description

The premier Russian restaurant and coffee chain with more than 20 years of expertise is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager in the Dubai branch.

Responsibilities:

Searching for and purchasing equipment, packaging, inventory, tableware, and raw materials for the restaurant; Organizing timely deliveries and ensuring contract compliance; Communicating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and handling documentation; Conducting negotiations and tenders, improving partnership conditions; Monitoring delivery deadlines, quality, and quantity of supplies, managing returns; Coordinating with brokers and transportation services; Controlling payments, working with accounting, and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements:

Higher education (relevant degree preferred); English proficiency at C1 level, Arabic or Russian is a plus; At least 3 years of experience in procurement in UAE (retail, FMCG, HORECA); Strong skills in supplier sourcing, negotiations, and tenders; Knowledge of market trends, pricing, international trade, and procurement management; Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and stress resistance; Organizational and leadership skills, ability to work in a team.
