Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Procurement Manager

with a strong background in the

electronics field

and

supermarket purchasing operations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of high-quality goods and services. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of

supplier management, agreements, contracts, and market trends

in both the electronics and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Manage purchasing operations for

electronics, supermarket goods, and general supplies

. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and terms. Prepare, review, and manage

agreements, tenders, and supplier contracts

. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and legal requirements. Analyze purchasing data, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with inventory and finance teams. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules. Identify new suppliers, products, and technologies in the

electronics market

. Handle vendor payments and follow up on pending deliveries or service issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in

Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or related field

. Minimum 2

- 4 years of experience

in procurement, preferably in the

electronics or supermarket industry

. Strong knowledge of

procurement procedures, supplier contracts, and negotiation practices

. Experience in preparing and reviewing

agreements and tenders

. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in

MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar)

. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* qatar driving license (Preferred)
