Job Description
SAMIF is hiring for Procurement Manager for its Steel & Metal Fabrication Factory We are approved by Saudi Aramco to manufacture Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Spools and much more. Key Responsibilities : The Procurement Manager is responsible for properly implementing and executing SAMIF's procurement strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall business objectives and that SAMIF has the machinery, components and supplies needed to operate efficiently and safely. Participate in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures. Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study. Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data. Background and Experience Required : Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (CIPS/CPSM certification is a plus) Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, with a focus on oil & gas or construction materials purchasing Skills: Aramco procurement expertise, supplier negotiation, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong analytical abilities Please send your resume/CV
