We are Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a
Procurement Manager
, at least 10 Years of work experience in the UAE in the same field.Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Supplier Management
: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on their ability to provide high-quality products, services, and competitive pricing.Negotiate Contracts
: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and legal requirementsInventory Management
: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of critical materials and reducing excess stockBudgeting & Cost Control
: Develop and manage procurement budgets, and track expenditures to ensure compliance with company financial goals.Procurement Strategy Development
: Formulate and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on spending, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.Collaboration & Communication
: Work closely with various departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth procurement processes and alignment with organizational needs.Procurement Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in purchasing or sourcing Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with procurement software and tools In-depth knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
