Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and strategic
Procurement Manager
to oversee purchasing operations and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of materials, negotiate the best deals, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising on quality.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement operations -- sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains. Analyze purchase requirements and coordinate with production and warehouse teams. Review and compare supplier quotations, ensuring best value and timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and supplier performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management (minimum 3 years). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
