Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of procurement specifications and company expectations Manage supplier and client negotiations, anticipating changes in market conditions and bargaining power Analyze procurement and market data to forecast risks and prepare control strategies Perform risk management for supply contracts and commercial agreements Control procurement spend and implement cost-saving initiatives Develop and promote long-term cost-saving strategies across procurement operations Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Requirements
Minimum
10 years of experience
in procurement withinconstruction companies
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in contract management and supplier risk assessment Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Immediate availability to joinPreferred Skills
Strategic sourcing Cost control and budgeting Data analysis and reporting Vendor management
