About the Role

International Market Group is seeking an experienced and strategic

Procurement Manager

to lead our purchasing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic procurement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Evaluate technical specifications, assess supplier capabilities, and ensure product quality and suitability. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies. Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and legal requirements. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and finance departments to align procurement goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline

.

MBA or Master's degree

preferred.

Professional certifications

such as CIPS, CPSM, or CPM are an advantage.

10-15 years of experience

in procurement or supply chain management, including

5+ years in a leadership role

. Proven experience in

engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries

. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
