About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Procurement Lead

to manage and oversee all procurement activities related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects. This leadership role requires deep industry knowledge, strong vendor networks, and proven expertise in strategic sourcing and cost optimization. You will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring that all MEP procurement functions align with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the MEP procurement team and manage the full procurement lifecycle. Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services. Conduct high-level negotiations to secure favorable terms and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance. Collaborate with engineering, planning, and project management teams to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently. Continuously explore new suppliers, innovations, and cost-reduction opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP procurement

, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, market trends, materials, and vendor networks. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficient in procurement systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.
