About The Role

Water Desalination/Powerplant project experience is mandatory for this role in the UAE or the GCC countries.

As a

Construction Procurement Manager

, you will support the Existing construction project and by overseeing the procurement, contract management, and logistics of construction. This includes reviewing supplier agreements, negotiating contracts, managing risk assessments, and ensuring financial and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement frameworks to enhance cost optimization, supplier performance, and project execution.

Job Roles:

Contract & Vendor Management - Lead the review, negotiation, and validation of contracts to optimize cost and compliance. Procurement & Logistics Strategy - Manage tendering, supplier selection, and sourcing for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution. Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement - Work closely with Facilities Management, suppliers, and external stakeholders to drive seamless procurement execution. Risk & Performance Management - Identify risks, develop SLAs, and implement industry best practices to enhance procurement efficiency. Financial & Business Acumen - Conduct cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and financial assessments to drive value in procurement decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or Business. 7+ years of experience in procurement and logistics within EPC (Engineering, Procurement and construction), from Water desalination or power plant industries. Strong expertise in QS, MEP, contract validation, and supplier negotiations. Proven experience in contract drafting, risk assessment, and procurement strategy.
