Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement processes in line with Company policies and standards.
Formulate and execute logistics strategies to enhance transportation, customer service, whilst fully complying to Qatar laws and regulations.
Negotiate and finalize contracts to always secure the Company's interests.
Manage the logistics function, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards throughout the procedure.
Monitor agreements, oversee invoices and payments.
Advise on shipping best practices and administer international shipments ensuring regulatory compliance in addition to inbound and outbound logistics.
Prepare and manage import/export documentation, for timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain precise logistics records, ensuring data integrity within electronic systems.
Achieve set targets in terms of cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and quality systems.
