Job Description

We are offering an amazing work opportunity for a Procurement and Logistics Manager in our multinational growing company. This role oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of cosmetic products. Responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating with suppliers and retail locations to ensure timely deliveries. In addition to the logistics role there's a procurement side, meaning sourcing, procuring, and managing goods and services for the company in a cost-effective and timely manner. This role might focus on developing sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

? ?Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

? ?Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

? ?Plan and coordinate logistics to retail stores, ensuring timely and efficient delivery

? ?Collaborate with procurement, sales, and retail teams for smooth supply chain operations

? ?Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards for cosmetic products

? ?Manage and develop warehouse staff, providing training and setting performance goals

? ?Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize shrinkage

? ?Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, managing relationships with transport providers

? ?Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational budgets

? ?Address and resolve any issues related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, or delivery delays

o? ?Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

o? ?Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to achieve best value.

o? ?Source and evaluate potential suppliers, manage supplier performance, and maintain supplier databases.

o? ?Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs.

o? ?Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.

o? ?Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

o? ?Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and risks.

o? ?Prepare procurement reports and analyze market trends.

Qualifications:

Any degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field

? ?3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

? ?Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

? ?Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

? ?Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance regulations

UAE Driving License

English Speaker, with experience oversees
