Procurement Lead Fitout
Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading UAE fit out contractor in the UAE region. Our client is looking for a Procurement Lead to run the end to end procurement for retail fit out and production projects, ensuring cost control, quality, and on time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MRs, RFQs, pricing checks, POs, and tracking to factory and site delivery.
- Procure fit out materials: wood, boards, laminates, hardware, finishes, metal, acrylic, glass, and printing.
- Source and manage specialist subcontract works: metal fabrication, acrylic, signage, and printing.
- Coordinate logistics, collections, and expediting to match project schedules.
- Work closely with design, production, estimation, and project teams on specs and drawings.
- Drive alternative sourcing, including overseas suppliers, to improve cost and lead time.
- Maintain supplier database, performance records, and payment documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of procurement experience in retail fit out in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost control skills.
- Able to work fast, independently, and under tight project timelines.
