What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
  
• Fresh graduate or experience in hotel purchasing or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of success in the profession.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Time Management skills, effectively leading the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Assistant Manager/Manager and the team to procure First-in-Class Products and Services, aligning with specified requirements.
  
• Manages and processes purchase requests, ensuring competitive quotations, delivery dates, and specifications are obtained, maintaining the Industry-Leading standard.
  
• Manages the timeliness of the ordering process, overseeing material requisition to order placement.
  
• Closely monitors all suppliers and employs a Systematic Approach to monitoring supplier compliance.
  
• Develops relationships with Vendors and Business Partners to form effective, \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 cooperation.
  
• Exquisitely Manages Relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly.
  
• Addresses and resolves any issues or challenges that may arise, maintaining FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s Award-Winning Standards.
  
• Uses quarterly and annual data to Determine Purchasing and Inventory Needs.
  
• Quickly and enthusiastically supports the Head of the Department with various Administrative Duties.
