Job Title: Procurement Executive-TEMPORARY
Contract Duration: 3 Months-Extendable
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: Finance Department
Role Type: Outsourced, Short Term, Temporary, On-Site
Working Days & Hours: 05 days, 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
\xc2\xb7 Strong proficiency in Oracle
\xc2\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Gather purchase requirements from team
\xc2\xb7 Raise purchase requisition on oracle or place the order with inventory
\xc2\xb7 Follow up requests (on pending approvals). Ensure the purchase process is smooth and fast.
\xc2\xb7 Support RFX process. Coordinate with business stakeholders in drafting RFX.
\xc2\xb7 Provide receiving to the procurement for the services delivered
\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on the pending payments (overdue) with Finance, if required
\xc2\xb7 Act as PoC between IS and procurement process and ensure smooth working
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate on FTC Timesheets (TS)
\xc2\xb7 Support other admin initiatives
