We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.
