Job Opportunity - Procurement Executive
? Location: Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE (Preferably near Al Hamra Freezone)
? Working Days: 6 days a week
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and procurement operations for our organization in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local market and proven negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations in procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on procurement status, expenditures, and vendor performance.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in procurement.
- Strong knowledge of local market, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
? Around AED 4,000 (based on experience)
