Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Executive to manage our company's sourcing and purchasing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure cost-effective deals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from raising purchase requisitions to order placement and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and assess potential new suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve any issues related to purchased items, such as delays or quality discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, warehouse) to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and vendor management principles.
• Excellent understanding of the local/UAE market and supplier base.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
