Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Procurement Executive

with a strong background in the

medical equipment and disposables sector

. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of procurement experience in the UAE market

, hold a valid UAE driving license, and

own a car

. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure medical equipment, consumables, and disposables from local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve the best value. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and reliability. Maintain up-to-date supplier databases and product catalogs. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company procurement policies. Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods. Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to align procurement with market demand. Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and products. Manage import/export documentation when sourcing from overseas.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the UAE medical equipment sector

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

License:

Valid UAE driving license

Vehicle:

Must own a car Strong knowledge of medical products, suppliers, and market trends in the UAE Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement projects
