Procurement Executive (Fresher)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Executive to support our supply chain and purchasing activities. In this role, you will assist in sourcing goods and services, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. This role is ideal for a fresher interested in building a career in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior procurement staff in identifying and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers.
• Request and analyze quotes, proposals, and purchase terms to ensure the best value.
• Help prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers to track order status, resolve delivery issues, and process returns if necessary.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify new products and suppliers.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• A motivated fresher with 0-1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates on a visit visa or cancelled visa are preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with vendors.
