Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Procurement Executive
to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for construction materials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market, established vendor relationships, and hands-on experience in procurement operations.Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials in line with project requirements Identify and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors across the UAE Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of construction materials Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation Conduct site visits and supplier meetings as required
Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in
construction procurement
Strong knowledge of theUAE construction market
Establishedsupplier/vendor network
within the UAE Proven experience insourcing and purchasing construction materials
Valid UAE driving license
Own car (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
