To manage the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of spare parts, accessories, and materials for both
CFMOTO
and
BAIC
divisions. The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining the required quality standards and supporting operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure spare parts, accessories, and consumables for CFMOTO and BAIC operations (Aftersales and Workshop).
Coordinate with suppliers locally and internationally to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved supplier lists.
Work closely with Aftersales, Workshop, and Inventory teams to forecast parts requirements.
Track and manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customs documentation.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Follow up with the logistics and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and payments.
Support in developing procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE import regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in automotive or powersports procurement.
Strong understanding of
automotive spare parts sourcing
(China market experience preferred).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
