Preparing Purchase orders
Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Ensure accurate, timely and complete documentation related to receipt of items.
Preparing material issue voucher
Processes product returns and tracks credits
Maintains current and accurate files of vendor prices in spreadsheets.
Execute internal and external stock auditing.
Supports all functions of purchasing and material procurement.
Assists purchasing manager with material orders, take offs, and inventory control.
