About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Procurement / Purchasing Executive

to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material sourcing, vendor management, and cost control for large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete procurement cycle from vendor selection to material delivery. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project timelines and budgets. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve the best value. Identify and onboard reliable vendors, subcontractors, and service providers. Review project material requirements in coordination with the engineering and site teams. Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project specifications and standards. Monitor market trends and identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative materials or suppliers. Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation for audit and compliance. Resolve any issues related to material quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies. Collaborate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of
