About The Job
Conduct researches on potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate quotations and offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of the agreement and pricing policies.
Make sure to track orders and also ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct proper review regarding the quality of products purchased.
Always enter the order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Make sure to maintain the updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Prepare the reports based on purchases, with inclusion of cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
Always coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
