Manage procurement activities including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment
Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, and procurement reporting
Ensure compliance with MSDS, product specifications, and safety regulations
Liaise with local and international vendors regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and performance
Utilize ERP systems and Excel for data accuracy and purchasing operations
Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and incoterms
Review supplier agreements and maintain performance metrics
Collaborate with internal departments to meet purchasing needs and resolve issues
Candidate Requirements:
Prior procurement experience in
cleaning, hygiene, or FMCG sectors
Knowledge of
equipment parts, chemicals, and servicing procedures
Strong skills in
negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in
ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Fluency in English;
Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
Certifications
such as CIPS, CPSM, ISO, or Health & Safety preferred
