Procurement Executive
with a
minimum of 3 years of experience in Qatar
, preferably within the
automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and purchase orders
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and align procurement strategies
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience in
Qatar
Background in the
automotive industry
is highly preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of local suppliers, customs, and logistics procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Valid Qatari driving license is an advantage
Transferable visa with NOC
