Manage end-to-end procurement processes for retail operations
Maintain and update
Vendor Master
and
Item Master
data in the ERP system
Analyze purchase trends and inventory data to optimize procurement planning
Prepare
MIS reports
and dashboards to support decision-making
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and pricing negotiation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience in the
retail sector
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Expertise in
data analysis
and
MIS reporting
Experience with
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Open to
expat candidates
currently based in or willing to relocate to the UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
