Within One Month Responsibilities

Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services, Negotiating price and terms of conditions with suppliers. To identify and implement new procedures and process.
Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements.
Reviewing all contracts/ agreements to achieve best price/best quality purchasing.
Preparing and managing PRF, RFQ, Evaluation sheet, PO, and Purchase requisition register.
Making recommendations and advising senior management on all purchasing issues.
Maintaining records of supplier's contracts, agreements and analyzing market price.
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
Arranging transport for site requirements and staff.
Preparing quarterly/annually inventory report for all materials/ properties/equipment's.
