Job Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a contracting company. Proven expertise invilla projects and high-rise building construction
. Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering
is mandatory. Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, material sourcing, vendor management, and cost control. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with project and site teams.Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement process for construction materials and services. Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement-related data. Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
