Responsible for the daily execution of the tendering process, reviews and analysis of company risks associated with each tender, accountable for the collation and submission of the tender proposals in accordance with client Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements.

JOB Summary (Major functions of the position)
\xef\x82\xb7Should be able to analyse the Steel Structure drawings in Steel Fabrication .
\xef\x82\xb7Check the quantities from the CAD drawings.
\xef\x82\xb7Should have experience in finalizing the sub contractors
\xef\x82\xb7Finalize material suppliers for Steel Structure drawings in Steel Fabrication .
\xef\x82\xb7Coordinate with the Design ,Estimation team & Project team for multile projects at the sametime .
\xef\x82\xb7Finalize contractors and kick start project on receipt of the permit as per BOQ, Budget & Drawings at the right time as per the Company approved payment terms.
\xef\x82\xb7Good communication skills in English & Hindi will be preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7Good knowledge in Excel, Word, CAD etc.
\xef\x82\xb7Liaising with Project Coordinators/Planning Engineers/Site Engineers/Stores for Materials, equipment\'s on daily basis.
\xef\x82\xb7Responsible to obtain quotations for materials & machines from different vendors.
\xef\x82\xb7To negotiate terms with vendors and engage them for long term mutually beneficial business relationship.
\xef\x82\xb7Coordination with vendors for delivery of materials/goods on time.
\xef\x82\xb7Confirming Purchase orders, Generating LPO & liaison with Finance for clearing Funds.
\xef\x82\xb7Obtaining Feedback from stores on receipt & quality of materials/equipment. Mobilizing & de-mobilizing sites.
\xef\x82\xb7Assisting Construction Manager in monitoring operational cost, preparing statistics & budget variations etc.
\xef\x82\xb7Tracking site material consumption. Demand Planning for each category.
\xef\x82\xb7Enter and monitoring the data in computerized system.
\xef\x82\xb7Arranging Materials for inspection & certification purposes. Managing supplier files/records.
\xef\x82\xb7Regular market research and carrying out regular vendor ratings.
\xef\x82\xb7Responsible to prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports and send to all concerned parties.
\xef\x82\xb7Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
\xef\x82\xb7Should be well versed with materials related to interior turnkey works such as building materials, Steel Fabrication .and special items as required.
\xef\x82\xb7Have strong and recent database of suppliers and subcontractors to source materials/works for in Steel Fabrication .
\xef\x82\xb7Negotiating and administration of local purchases, hired skilled workers and subcontract works.
\xef\x82\xb7Stock and materials management.
\xef\x82\xb7Ensure all invoices/bills of contractors and suppliers to be pre-approved by the cost control and immediate reporting manager.
\xef\x82\xb7Work closely with design and projects team to arrange materials for sample board presentations.
\xef\x82\xb7Assist the estimations team for product pricing as and when required.
\xef\x82\xb7Ensure all purchases are done subsequent to an order confirmation related to the project, and as instructed.
\xef\x82\xb7Ensure timely and accurate systems are followed to avoid any lag in project execution.
