Job Details

• Research, identify, and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials, equipment, and services locally and internationally
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Establish and maintain long-term supplier and vendor relationships
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with terms and agreements
• Analyze costs, market trends, and pricing structures to identify savings opportunities
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring spending aligns with project targets
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards and comply with regulations
• Collaborate with quality control teams to implement assurance processes
• Develop and execute category strategies to enhance efficiency and supplier consolidation
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance to align procurement with business objectives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, or Business Administration
• Strong background in procurement or category management within the MEP industry
• Solid understanding of MEP materials, equipment, and supplier landscape
• Skilled in procurement software, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills
