Job Description
Position - Procurement engineer/officer (prefer from Fit-Out background) Responsibilities : Study all aspects related to the tender Conduct a quantity take off to verify Bills or quantify the works Send out inquiries for pricing Addressing queries to the Consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary. Update pricing database and productivity Soliciting quotations from Vendors, subcontractors and Carrying out negotiations Preparing Bid Summaries with technical and price comparison. Preparing Purchase orders and sub contract agreements. Preparing technical submitting for all construction material Maintaining the approved vendor List Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years\' of UAE experience as procurement engineer/officer in Fit-Out, finishing, construction. Negotiation skill and sound knowledge of building materials Salary range 3.5k to 4 inclusive also Good communication Age: 27 to 30 8 hours working might be extendable. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
