Job Description

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent). Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in procurement within construction companies. Previous experience in

High-Rise projects

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers, and the construction market in Dubai & UAE. Solid experience in procurement processes, RFQs, technical & commercial evaluations. Proven negotiation skills and experience in issuing purchase orders and contracts. Familiarity with contract forms (FIDIC preferred). Proficient in

ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

and MS Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent command of

English

(written & spoken); Arabic is an advantage. Ability to coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QS, and Site teams.

Responsibilities :

Manage and execute all procurement activities in line with project schedule and budget. Prepare and issue RFQs and analyze technical and commercial bids. Coordinate with Engineering teams for material and supplier approvals. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best value and terms. Prepare, review, and issue Purchase Orders and Contracts. Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery to site. Coordinate with Planning and Site teams to avoid delays. Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards. Maintain and evaluate supplier performance and vendor database.
