JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and conduct technical and commercial comparisons Review and coordinate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements Coordinate with Contracts, QS, and Project teams for scope, pricing, and compliance Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets, schedules, and contract requirements Maintain supplier and subcontractor database Monitor deliveries and ensure timely supply to site Support variation orders and contractual correspondence with vendors

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain Management Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC, including Dubai projects Proven experience in procurement Good knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and commercial terms Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Familiarity with FIDIC-based contract principles is an advantage Strong documentation and reporting skills Valid UAE Driver's License
