is a fast-growing real estate and development company delivering premium residential villas and landmark building projects across the UAE. We are expanding our team and looking for aProcurement Engineer
with strong experience in construction project procurement.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for villa and building construction projects. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and review technical and commercial comparisons (TBE/ CBE). Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedule. Maintain supplier relationships and track performance. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams for material requirements. Assist in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
Requirements
Previous experience in procurement
within construction/contracting companiesis mandatory
. Experience invilla projects and building development
is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
or relevant discipline is an added advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of UAE market suppliers and material standards.Why Join LEOS International?
